What’s it really like working in hospitality?

Hospitality International Partners Pty Ltd is researching how people working in hospitality feel about the industry: what they enjoy, and what makes the work difficult.

This survey is for employees. That includes casuals, part-time and full-time staff, apprentices, supervisors and managers who work for a venue. It is not for owners.

It takes about ten minutes.

Your privacy

You do not need to give your name, your employer’s name, an email address or a phone number to complete the survey.

Individual answers will not be given to employers. HIP may use the answers only in combined form, with no way to tell who said what.

Please do not name employers, managers, co-workers or customers in the written answers.

If you want the results, or a note if HIP later does more work on staff recognition, you can leave an email after you submit. That email is kept separate from your answers. It will not be sold, given to your employer, or added to a general sales list.
